Jennifer Johnson is a dedicated community leader in the Flathead Valley who serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of the Northwest Montana United Way, helping guide the organization’s financial oversight and strategic governance. Northwest Montana United Way works to connect community resources with local needs in areas such as education, basic needs, and financial stability.
In addition to her service with United Way, Jennifer is the Director of the Miracle League of Northwest Montana, a volunteer-driven nonprofit that provides inclusive baseball programs for children and adults with disabilities. She has been involved with the Miracle League since its inaugural season in 2009, coaching teams of all ages and helping the organization grow into a beloved community program.
Jennifer’s leadership with the Miracle League is deeply rooted in personal experience — she is a mother of seven children, and her commitment to inclusive recreation has shaped both the program’s welcoming culture and its focus on fun, community, and belonging for players of all abilities.
Under her direction, the Miracle League has secured support for enhancements such as field improvements and community partnerships that expand opportunities for participants and families across Northwest Montana. The league’s accessible baseball field in Kalispell provides a safe, joyful environment where everyone can enjoy America’s pastime regardless of ability.
Jennifer’s combined service in both nonprofit governance and grassroots volunteer leadership reflects her passion for community inclusion, family-centered engagement, and building programs that bring people together through sport and service.
